Internally, the company has a Management Training Program that focuses on taking passionate and driven individuals from an entry level position into a skilled manager that averages $135,000 per year within 10-12 months. Individuals are mentored personally by business owners who run multimillion-dollar organizations throughout East and West Coast.

Each position has an average salary range. More experience, more skills, more responsibilities equals higher compensation.
  • Client Representatives Average Salary: $33,800 - $49,400
  • Corporate Trainer Average Salary: $52,000 - $67,600
  • Assistant Director Average Salary: $70,200 - $75,400
  • Director of Operations Average Salary : $110,000 - $150,000

Born in Angeles City, Philippines and grew up in Seattle, WA. Elizabeth joined the Navy right after high school and served in the military for 4 years. After leaving the military, she joined the business and became a Chief Executive Officer 2017. As of today, she is known for mentoring a dozen millennials into business owners and consults with Clean Energy Clients across the nation. She believes in being an example other women look up to, building private schools back in the Philippines and becoming a matriarch for the Tamayo family.

Born in Boston, MA and moved to Seattle, WA. I moved to Seattle for an opportunity to become a restaurant manager, working 70+ hours making around $52,000. I joined the business for the freedom to determine my work schedule and financial stability to take care of my family. I’ve personally mentored a few individuals into business owners themselves and take pride in helping build strong women in the business industry.

Prior to the business, I was a linebacker for University of Wisconsin. I was also one of the founding members of the Black Male Empowerment Organization. I managed a digital marketing agency at the same time. My goals include building my business to sustain the type of lifestyle for myself and my family. I want to expand the opportunity to as many individuals as possible and become a strong presence in this industry.


I’m excited to get an opportunity to be in a management position not only for myself but for the opportunity to develop others and share what has worked for me. This being my first opportunity out of college I am looking to cement my career and set myself up for a tremendous life.
